Ahlden District Court

The Ahlden District Court was a court of ordinary jurisdiction in Ahlden (Aller) .

The district court was founded with the ordinance of August 7, 1852, the formation of the district courts and lower administrative authorities as the royal Hanover district court. It included the Ahlden office . The district court was subordinate to the higher court of Celle . With the annexation of Hanover by Prussia , it became a Prussian district court in the province of Hanover .

In 1973 the Ahlden District Court was dissolved and the judicial district was added to that of the Walsrode District Court .

Seat of the court

The court had its seat in Ahlden Castle .
