Bergen District Court (stupid)

The Bergen (Stupid) District Court was an ordinary court in Bergen .

After the revolution of 1848 was the Kingdom of Hanover , the jurisdiction of the administration separated and the patrimonial abolished. The district court was then founded with the ordinance of August 7, 1852 regarding the formation of the district courts and lower administrative authorities as a royal Hanover district court. It included the office of Bergen . The district court was subordinate to the higher court of Celle . With the annexation of Hanover by Prussia , it became a Prussian district court in the province of Hanover .
