Fallingbostel District Court

The Fallingbostel District Court was a court of ordinary jurisdiction in Fallingbostel .

After the revolution of 1848 was the Kingdom of Hanover , the jurisdiction of the administration separated and the patrimonial abolished. The district court was then founded with the ordinance of August 7, 1852 regarding the formation of the district courts and lower administrative authorities as a royal Hanover district court. It included from the Office Fallingbostel the communities of the Bailiwick Fallingbostel: Adolphsheide , Bockhorn , Bommelsen , Böstlingen , Düshorn , Ettenbostel , Fallingbostel , Harsh , Krelingen , Kroge , Oberhode , Oberndorf Mark , Oerbke , Ostenholz , Rierde , West Wood , Bockel , Dorfmark , top and Unter-Einzingen , Fischendorf , Fuhrhop , Jettebruch , Mengebostel , Riepe , Westendorf, growing community Westendorf , Winkelhausen, Woltem , Gut and community Wense . The district court was subordinate to the higher court of Celle . The court was dissolved in 1859 and the judicial district was added to the Walsrode district court.
