Burgdorf District Court

The Burgdorf District Court is one of eight district courts in the district of the Hildesheim District Court . It is based in Burgdorf in Lower Saxony .

Responsibilities

The district court of Burgdorf is locally responsible for the city of Burgdorf and the community of Uetze . The Hildesheim Regional Court is superior to it. The competent higher regional court is the higher regional court of Celle .

history

After the revolution of 1848 was the Kingdom of Hanover , the jurisdiction of the administration separated and the patrimonial abolished. The district court was then founded with the ordinance of August 7, 1852 regarding the formation of the district courts and lower administrative authorities as a royal Hanover district court. It included the office of Burgdorf and the city of Burgdorf . The district court was subordinate to the higher court of Celle . With the annexation of Hanover by Prussia , it became a Prussian district court in the province of Hanover .
