District court Bodenteich

The Bodenteich district court was a court of ordinary jurisdiction in Bodenteich .

After the revolution of 1848 was the Kingdom of Hanover , the jurisdiction of the administration separated and the patrimonial abolished. The district court was then founded with the ordinance of August 7, 1852 regarding the formation of the district courts and lower administrative authorities as a royal Hanover district court. It included the office Bodenteich . The district court was subordinate to the Lüneburg Higher Court . It was repealed in 1859 and its judicial district was assigned to that of the Uelzen district court .
