District court Dessau-Roßlau

The Dessau-Roßlau District Court is a court of ordinary jurisdiction in Germany. It belongs to the district of the Dessau-Roßlau Regional Court and the Naumburg Higher Regional Court .

The seat of the court is Willy-Lohmann- Strasse 33, 06844 Dessau-Roßlau .

Since January 1, 2013, the Dessau-Roßlau District Court has been the central enforcement court for the state of Saxony-Anhalt.

On the night of July 30th to 31st, 2019, a burst water pipe caused damage amounting to millions at the district court.
