The district court of Zerbst is a court of ordinary jurisdiction and one of five district courts (AG) in the district of the district court of Dessau-Roßlau .

The seat of the court is the city of Zerbst / Anhalt in the district of Anhalt-Bitterfeld . The 879 km² judicial district extends to the cities of Coswig (Anhalt) , Oranienbaum-Wörlitz and Zerbst / Anhalt. More than 43,000 people live in it.
