District court Elbingerode

The District Court of Elbingerode was a court of ordinary jurisdiction in Elbingerode .

After the revolution of 1848 was the Kingdom of Hanover , the jurisdiction of the administration separated and the patrimonial abolished. The district court was then founded with the ordinance of August 7, 1852 regarding the formation of the district courts and lower administrative authorities as a royal Hanover district court. It included the office of Elbingerode . The district court was subordinate to the higher court in Osterode . With the annexation of Hanover by Prussia , it became a Prussian district court in the province of Hanover .

As a result of the imperial court constitution, the Elbingerode District Court was repealed with effect from October 1, 1879 and the Elbingerode district was assigned to the Wernigerode District Court in the province of Saxony.
