The district court of Gerlachsheim was a court of ordinary jurisdiction in Gerlachsheim in the Grand Duchy of Baden in the district first of the court court of the Lower Rhine District , later of the district court of Mosbach .

history

The district court of Gerlachsheim was founded in 1857 as part of the separation of jurisdiction and administration in Baden during the state reorganization after the revolution of 1848/49. The court court of the Lower Rhine District in Mannheim was superordinate to the court. In 1864 the District Court of Mosbach assumed the position of the higher court. In 1872 the Gerlachsheim District Court was repealed and the Tauberbischofsheim District Court took over its district. In 1930 the Gerlachsheim notary's office was also dissolved and the Tauberbischofsheim notary's office took over its activities.
