Walldürn District Court

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The district court Walldürn was a court of ordinary jurisdiction in Walldürn in Baden-Württemberg in the district first of the court court of the Lower Rhine district , later of the district court and finally of the district court of Mosbach .

history

The Walldürn District Court was founded in 1857 as part of the separation of jurisdiction and administration in Baden during the state reorganization after the revolution of 1848/49. The court court of the Lower Rhine District in Mannheim was superordinate to the district court of Walldürn. From 1864 the district court of Mosbach took the position of the higher court. On May 1, 1872, the Walldürn District Court was repealed and its district was added to the Wertheim , Buchen and Tauberbischofsheim District Courts .

With the entry into force of the German Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, another district court was established in Walldürn, which was now superordinated to the Mosbach district court. This was repealed on April 1, 1924, and its district was taken over by the Buchen District Court.
