The Buchen District Court is a court of ordinary jurisdiction in Baden-Württemberg and one of five district courts in the district of the Mosbach District Court .

Jurisdiction and jurisdiction

The district court in Buchen (Odenwald) is the court of first instance for civil and guardianship matters as well as for single judge matters in criminal matters. The court is also responsible for the district court district of Adelsheim in lay judges' court cases and fines . On March 1, 2015, the register of associations of the Buchen District Court was concentrated at the Mannheim District Court . From this point on, the Mannheim District Court is solely responsible for keeping the register of associations.
