District court Griesbach

The district court of Griesbach was a Bavarian court of ordinary jurisdiction that existed from 1879 to 1973 and was based in the town of Griesbach im Rottal in Bavaria .

history

As a result of administrative reforms in Bavaria the year 1802 in Bavaria was Landgericht older order Griesbach furnished. In 1862, as a result of the separation of justice and administration, the Griesbach and Rotthalmünster regional courts were merged to form the Griesbach im Rotthal district office. The district court of Griesbach remained as a judicial authority and was renamed the District Court of Griesbach with the introduction of the Courts Constitution Act in 1879. After the Griesbach district was dissolved, the district court in Griesbach was also dissolved in 1973 and the district was assigned to the Passau district court .
