The District Court of Pfarrkirchen was a Bavarian court of ordinary jurisdiction that existed from 1879 to 1973 and was based in the city of Pfarrkirchen .

history

On the occasion of the introduction of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, a district court was formed in Pfarrkirchen, the district of which was congruent with that of the previous Landgericht Pfarrkirchen and consequently comprised the villages of Amsham , Baumgarten , Brombach , Dietersburg (until 1886 Jedersburg), Egglham , Gangerbauer , Hirschbach , Lengsham , Loderham , Neuhofen , Neukirchen , Nöham , Pfarrkirchen, Postmünster , Reichenberg , Schalldorf , Triftern , Untergrasensee , Voglarn , Walburgskirchen and Waldhof . The higher-level instances were the Passau Regional Court and the Munich Higher Regional Court .

On January 1, 1914, the community Asenham was separated from the district court district Rotthalmünster and assigned to the district court district Pfarrkirchen.

When the law on the organization of ordinary courts in the Free State of Bavaria (GerOrgG) came into force on July 1, 1973, the district court of Pfarrkirchen was dissolved and its district added to the district court of Eggenfelden .
