District court Eggenfelden
The District Court of Eggenfelden is one of 73 district courts in Bavaria and a court of ordinary jurisdiction based in the city of Eggenfelden .
Area of responsibility and instance
The Eggenfelden District Court is responsible for the Rottal-Inn district . The district court of Landshut is responsible for the register of cooperatives, trade and associations as well as in insolvency proceedings and foreclosures .
Superordinate instances are in turn the Landshut Regional Court , the Munich Higher Regional Court and the Federal Court of Justice .
history
On the occasion of the introduction of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, a district court was established in Eggenfelden, the district of which was formed from the previous district court of Eggenfelden and consequently the communities of Diepoltskirchen I , Diepoltskirchen II , Eggenfelden, Falkenberg , Gangkofen , Geratskirchen , Gern I , Gern II , Hammersbach , Hebertsfelden , Hickerstall , Hirschhorn , Huldsessen , Kirchberg , Kollbach , Langeneck , Linden , Lohbruck , Malling , Martinskirchen , Massing , Mitterskirchen , Obertrennbach , Panzing , Peterskirchen I , Reicheneibach , Rimbach , Rogglfing , Sallach , Staudach , Taufkirchen , Unterdietfurt , Unterhausbach , Wolfsegg and Wurmannsquick included.
Due to the war-related downgrade of the district court Arnstorf to the branch of the district court Eggenfelden the Eggenfeldener jurisdiction enlarged to Arnstorf , Emmersdorf , five directing , Hainberg , Jägerndorf , Johanniskirchen , Kohlstorf , longitudinal trenches , Malgersdorf , Maria churches , Mittershausen , Münchsdorf , Pischelsdorf , Pörndorf , Roßbach , Ruhstorf , Ruppertskirchen , Sattlern , Schmiedorf , Schönau I , Schönau II , Simbach , Thanndorf , Untergrafendorf , Unterhöft , Unterzeitlarn and Zell .
The Arnstorf branch was closed on July 1, 1959.
With the entry into force of the law on the organization of the ordinary courts in the Free State of Bavaria on July 1, 1973, the AG Eggenfelden was responsible for the entire district of Rottal-Inn, thereby expanding its district to include the district of the dissolved district court Pfarrkirchen , the places Birnbach and Kindlbach from District court district Griesbach , the localities Dirnaich and Hölsbrunn from the abolished district court district Vilsbiburg together with the place Bayerbach from the district court district Rotthalmünster . In return, Langgraben, Pischelsdorf, Ruhstorf and Simbach had to be handed over to the district court of Landau an der Isar and Pörndorf to the district court of Passau .
Courthouse
The district court is located at Feuerhausgasse 12 in the city center.
