Vilsbiburg District Court

The Vilsbiburg District Court was a Bavarian court of ordinary jurisdiction that existed from 1879 to 1973 and was based in the city of Vilsbiburg .

history

1760 the management of was Pflegamts Geisenhausen transferred to Vilsbiburg. At that time it was called the nursing or district court Vilsbiburg. It belonged to the Landshut Rent Office of the Electorate of Bavaria. In the course of the administrative reforms in Bavaria, the regional courts of the older order emerged around 1803 , including in Vilsbiburg. This regional court was the forerunner of the Vilsbiburg district court.

On the occasion of the introduction of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, a district court was established in Vilsbiburg, the district of which was identical to the previous district court district of Vilsbiburg and consequently comprised the localities of Aham , Aich , Altfraunhofen , Babing , Baierbach , Bergham , Binabiburg , Bodenkirchen , Bonbruck , Diemannskirchen , Dietel churches , Dirnaich , Eberspoint , Felizenzell , woman Sattling , front Hausen , Gaindorf , Geisenhausen , Gerzen , hair Bach , Hölsbrunn , wood Hausen , Jesendorf , Kröning , light Haag , Loizenkirchen , Neufraunhofen , Neuhausen , Paul cell , Rampoldstetten , Ruprechtsberg , Salksdorf , Schalkham , Seyboldsdorf , Velden , Vilsbiburg, Vilslern , Wolferding and Wurmsham . The next higher instances were the Landshut Regional Court and Munich Higher Regional Court .

With the entry into force of the law on the organization of ordinary courts in the Free State of Bavaria (GerOrgG) on July 1, 1973, the Vilsbiburg District Court was repealed and its district was divided as follows:
