Dingolfing District Court

The District Court of Dingolfing was a Bavarian court of ordinary jurisdiction that existed from 1879 to 1973 and was based in the city of Dingolfing .

On the occasion of the introduction of the Courts Constitution Act in Bavaria, a district court was formed in Dingolfing on October 1, 1879, with the same district as the previous district court of Dingolfing and later the district of Dingolfing , consisting of the communities of Bubach , Dingolfing, Dornwang , Englmannsberg , Frauenbiburg , Gottfrieding , Griesbach , Haberskirchen , Hackerskofen , Hofdorf , Hüttenkofen , Lengthal , Loiching , Mamming , Marklkofen , Mengkofen , Moosthenning , low rice Bach , Niederviehbach , Oberviehbach , Ottering , Poxau , Puchhausen , rice Bach , Reith , Rimbach , Steinberg , Teisbach , Thürnthenning , Tunding , Tunzenberg , soft Hofen and Weigendorf . The next higher instances were the Landshut Regional Court and Munich Higher Regional Court .

When the Law on the Organization of Ordinary Courts in the Free State of Bavaria (GerOrgG) came into force on July 1, 1973, the Dingolfing District Court was repealed and its district was assigned to the Landau an der Isar District Court .
