Haberskirchen is a district of the Reisbach market in the Lower Bavarian district of Dingolfing-Landau ( Bavaria ).

history

The Catholic parish church of St. Margaretha is a hall church with a retracted choir and north tower, the nave was started around 1050 and completed after 1130. The parish was incorporated into the Baumburg monastery in Chiemgau , and in 1141 Pope Innocent II confirmed the Haberskirchen church as the property of the monastery. The church was structurally changed in 1662. The choir is from 1712, the tower superstructure from 1903. 1803 saw secularization in Bavaria , in 1805 Haberskirchen became a royal parish. From the community census by the Bavarian community edict from 1818 to May 1, 1978 Haberskirchen and its districts (including the parish Failnbach ) formed an independent community with (as of 1970) 741 inhabitants and an area of ​​19.34 km². It was incorporated into Reisbach .
