Bubach is a district of the municipality of Mamming in the Lower Bavarian district of Dingolfing-Landau . Until 1972 it formed an independent municipality.

The church village of Bubach is located in the Isar-Inn hill country on the creek of the same name about two kilometers south-east of Mamming.
history
The rural community of Bubach of the Landau an der Isar regional court was formed in 1818. It then belonged to the district office of Dingolfing, which was formed in 1862 and which became the district of Dingolfing in 1939 . The community included the villages of Berg, Bubach and Dittenkofen as well as the wastelands of Attenberg and Schneiderberg. As part of the regional reform in Bavaria , it was incorporated into the municipality of Mamming on January 1, 1972.
Attractions
- Benefice Church of St. Peter. The Romanesque nave and the tower probably date from the 12th / 13th centuries. Century. The choir is late Gothic and was built in the second half of the 15th century. Baroque changes were made in the 17th and 18th centuries. During the renovation in 1959/1960, a crucifixion group by the Regensburg artist Guido Martini was attached, which hangs freely over the tabernacle. Leopold Hafner redesigned the sanctuary in 2004 and created the current ambo, the altar and the tabernacle stalls. In October 2006 a new organ was installed.
