Landau an der Isar district court

The Landau an der Isar regional court was a Bavarian regional court of the older order that existed from 1803 to 1879 and was based in Landau an der Isar in what is today the district of Dingolfing-Landau . In the Kingdom of Bavaria , the regional courts were judicial and administrative authorities, which were replaced in administrative matters by the district offices in 1862 and in legal matters by the local courts in 1879 .

history

In 1803 the Landau an der Isar district court was established, which from 1808 belonged to the Lower Danube District . In 1838 the regional courts of Dingolfing and Osterhofen were established. All regional courts in the region then belonged to the Lower Bavaria district .

On the occasion of the introduction of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, the Landau an der Isar District Court was set up , the district of which was identical to the previous Landau an der Isar District Court and therefore from the former communities of Adldorf , Altenbuch , Aufhausen , Dornach , Eichendorf , Ettling , Exing , Frammering , Ganacker , Großenpinning , Großköllnbach , Haidenkofen , Haidlfing , Harburg , Hartkirchen , Haunersdorf , Indersbach , chambers , Landau an der Isar, Mettenhausen , Niederhausen , Niederhöcking , Oberhausen , Oberhöcking , Pilsting , Poldering , Reichersdorf , Reichstorf , Rengersdorf , Waibling , Wallersdorf and Zeholfing existed.
