Dingolfing District Court

The District Court of Dingolfing was a Bavarian district court of the older order that existed from 1838 to 1879 and was based in Dingolfing in what is now the district of Dingolfing-Landau . In the Kingdom of Bavaria , the regional courts were judicial and administrative authorities, which were replaced in administrative matters by the district offices in 1862 and in legal matters by the local courts in 1879 .

The Dingolfing regional court was founded in 1838 to relieve the Landau and Vilsbiburg regional courts . For this purpose, the municipalities of Dingolfing, Englmannsberg , Frauenbiburg , Gottfrieding , Griesbach , Großenkölnbach , Haberskirchen , Hackerskofen , Langthal , Mamming , Mosthenning , Niederhausen , Niederreisbach , Oberhausen , Ottering , Poxau , Reisbach , Reith , Ruhstorf , Steinberg , Thurnhenning were created from the court district of Landau and from the district of Vilsbiburg the communities Dornwang , Loiching , Marklkofen , Niederviehbach , Teisbach , Weigendorf were assigned to the newly founded district court Dingolfing with its seat in Dingolfing.

On the occasion of the introduction of the Judicial Constitution Act in Bavaria, the District Court of Dingolfing was formed on October 1, 1879 , with the same district as the previous District Court of Dingolfing and later the district of Dingolfing , consisting of the communities of Bubach , Dingolfing, Dornwang , Englmannsberg , Frauenbiburg , Gottfrieding , Griesbach , Haberskirchen , Hackerskofen , Hofdorf , Hüttenkofen , Lengthal , Loiching , Mamming , Marklkofen , Mengkofen , Moosthenning , low Reisbach , Niederviehbach , Oberviehbach , Ottering , Poxau , Puchhausen , Reisbach , Reith , Rimbach , Steinberg , Teisbach , Thürnthenning , Tunding , Tunzenberg , soft Hofen and Weigendorf .
