District court Rottenburg an der Laaber
The district court of Rottenburg an der Laaber was a court of ordinary jurisdiction in Rottenburg an der Laaber . It existed from 1879 to 1973
history
The forerunner, the Rottenburg nursing court , was established in 1279. It existed until the end of the 18th century. In 1803, in the course of administrative reforms in Bavaria, the Landshut and Vilsbiburg district courts were established, which belonged to the Isar district and also included the area of the former Rottenburg nursing court. In 1838, as a result of a further administrative reform of the Kingdom of Bavaria , the district court of the older order Rottenburg an der Laaber was established. In 1862, with the separation of the administrative and legal tasks of the regional courts in Bavaria, the remaining institutions for the administration of justice initially retained the designation of the regional court . As the initial instance of the lower jurisdiction, these were renamed uniformly in 1879 by the Courts Constitution Act in the district court .
The following municipalities were responsible:
Andermannsdorf , Egg , Hebramsdorf , Högldorf , Hofendorf , Hohenthann , Holzhausen , Inkofen , Kläham , Münster , Niedereulenbach , Niederhornbach , Oberergoldsbach , Oberhatzkofen , Oberlauterbach , Oberotterbach , Oberroning , Pattendorf , Pfaffendorf , Pfeffendorf , Pfeffenhausen , Piegendaber , Rainertshausen , Rottenburg , Schmatzhausen , Stollnried , Türkenfeld and Wolferthau .
On January 1, 1891, Ergoldsbach and Prinkofen were assigned to the Mallersdorf district court .
The court was repealed on July 1, 1973 when the Law on the Organization of Ordinary Courts in the Free State of Bavaria (GerOrgG) came into force and assigned to the Landshut district court.
