In 874 the deacon Engilmar handed over his property in Ettenkofen to the Regensburg bishop Embricho for a fief of the St. Emmeram monastery in Heribrantesdorf . In 1161, Bishop Hartwig II renounced his property in Herbrantesdorf in favor of Abbot Adalbert von St. Emmeram . In 1181, Bishop Konrad II transferred several properties in Hebramsdorf to the St. Emmeram monastery for a second time. The place is mentioned in the tax book of 1464 as Hofmark in the area of the Kirchberg court. In 1840 there were 15 houses in Hebramsdorf.
The municipality of Hebramsdorf emerged from the Hebramsdorf tax district and initially belonged to the Pfaffenberg district court in Mallersdorf , then to the Rottenburg district court established in 1838, and finally to the Rottenburg an der Laaber district office established in 1862, from which the Rottenburg an der Laaber district emerged in 1939 .
