The Pfaffendorf community emerged from the Rainertshausen tax district and initially consisted of the old Pfaffendorf and Egglhausen court brands . It initially belonged to the Pfaffenberg Regional Court and then came to the Rottenburg Regional Court, established in 1838 . In 1862 she came to the Rottenburg District Office, which was created that year, and in 1939 became part of the Rottenburg an der Laaber district . In 1945/1946 it was expanded to include the dissolved municipality of Koppenwall .
