Mallersdorf District Court

With the entry into force of the Courts Constitution Act in Bavaria on October 1, 1879, a district court was established in Mallersdorf, the district of which was congruent with the previous district of Mallersdorf and thus the communities of Allkofen , Asbach , Ascholtshausen , Bayerbach bei Ergoldsbach , Buchhausen , Eggmühl , Eitting , moisture , Geiselhoring , Gera Bach , Graf Traubach , Graßlfing , Greilsberg , Greißing , Haader , Hadersbach , Haimelkofen , Haindling , Hainbach , Hirschling , Hofkirchen , wood Traubach , Inkofen , Laberweinting , Lange Hettenbach , Mallersdorf, Mannsdorf , Martin book , Mulhouse , Neufahrn in Lower Bavaria , Niederlindhart , Oberdeggenbach , Oberellenbach , Oberhaselbach , Oberlindhart , Osterham , Penk , Pfaffenberg , Pinkofen , Pullach , Sallach , Schierling , Süßkofen , Unterlaichling , Upfkofen , Wallkofen , Weichs , Winklsaß and Zaitzkofen .
On January 1, 1891, the district court district of Mallersdorf was expanded to include Ergoldsbach and Prinkofen, which had previously belonged to the district court of Rottenburg an der Laaber .
The next higher instance was the Straubing Regional Court until April 1, 1932 , and then the Landshut Regional Court .
When the law on the organization of the ordinary courts in the Free State of Bavaria (GerOrgG) came into force on July 1, 1973, the Mallersdorf District Court was repealed and its district was divided as follows:
- Bayerbach bei Ergoldsbach, Ergoldsbach, Greilsberg, long Hettenbach, Neufahrn in Lower Bavaria, Prinkofen and Winklsaß came as part of the now to Landshut district of Landshut district court ;
- Allkofen, Eitting, Geiselhöring, Grafentraubach, Graßlfing, Greißing, Haader, Hadersbach, Haindling, Hainsbach, Hirschling, Hofkirchen, Laberweinting, Mallersdorf, Niederlindhart, Oberhaselbach, Pfaffenberg, Sallach, Upfkofen, Wallkofen and Weichs became part of the district of Straubing counting, assigned to the Straubing District Court ;
- Martinsbuch, Mühlhausen and Süsskofen went to the Landau an der Isar district court as part of the new district of Dingolfing-Landau ;
- Buchhausen, Eggmühl, Inkofen, Claus Village, Oberdeggenbach, Pinkofen, hemlock, lower spawning Ling and Zaitzkofen were after the inclusion in the district of Regensburg and the Regensburg local court assigned.
