The court rights were shared by the court rulers with the Dingolfing nursing court .

The Martinsbuch pastor Franz Xaver Prechtl, who in 1793 created a "house book" for his parish in 15 volumes, recorded a total of 24 properties for 1690. Most of the wooden houses in the village were covered with clapboards , which in the winter months they usually made themselves. At the end of the 18th century, the first houses were reinforced. The largest building complex was the parsonage: It consisted of the house with horse and ox shed, a barn for grain and hay, stalls for cows, pigs, sheep, calves and chickens, sheds , washing and baking house, carriage shed and grain box as well a wood shed.

The community of Martinsbuch, formed at the beginning of the 19th century, belonged to the Pfaffenberg court , renamed Mallersdorf court in 1840 .
