Eggenfelden District Court

The Eggenfelden regional court was an older Bavarian regional court that existed from 1803 to 1879 and was based in Eggenfelden in what is now the Rottal-Inn district . In the Kingdom of Bavaria , the regional courts were judicial and administrative authorities, which were replaced in administrative matters by the district offices in 1862 and in legal matters by the local courts in 1879 .

history

In 1803 the Eggenfelden district court was established in the course of the administrative restructuring of Bavaria . After the establishment of the Kingdom of Bavaria, this was added to the Lower Danube District, whose capital was Passau .

On the occasion of the introduction of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, the District Court of Eggenfelden was established, the district of which was formed from the previous district of Eggenfelden and consequently the municipalities of Diepoltskirchen I , Diepoltskirchen II , Eggenfelden, Falkenberg , Gangkofen , Geratskirchen , Gern I , Gern II , Hammersbach , Hebertsfelden , Hickerstall , Hirschhorn , Huldsessen , Kirchberg , Kollbach , Langeneck , Linden , Lohbruck , Malling , Martinskirchen , Massing , Mitterskirchen , Obertrennbach , Panzing , Peterskirchen I , Reicheneibach , Rimbach , Rogglfing , Sallach , Staudach , Taufkirchen , Unterbach , Unterbach , Wolfsegg and Wurmannsquick .
