history

In Arnstorf, the Count's Königsfeld-Closen patrimonial court existed until 1848 . In the course of the dissolution of the patrimonial court there was a judicial and police authority on site until 1852, which elsewhere was often converted into regional courts of the older order . Attempts by the market to achieve the same for Arnstorf, however, initially failed. Only as a result of the final separation of jurisdiction and administration in the right bank of the Rhine region of the Kingdom of Bavaria , which was decreed on July 1, 1862, a regional court was established in Arnstorf, whose district was made up

was formed. The next higher instance was the District Court of Pfarrkirchen .

With the introduction of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, the previous Bavarian courts were repealed. The higher regional courts took the place of the appellate courts, the regional courts took the place of the district courts and the local courts took the place of the city courts, the regional courts as well as the city and regional courts. The previous Arnstorf Regional Court became the Arnstorf Local Court, which belonged to the district of the newly created Deggendorf Regional Court .

After the Arnstorfer court due to the war to the branch office of the district court Eggenfelden in the District Court of Landshut downgraded and this was officially confirmed in 1956, just this branch has been ordered by the Bavarian State Minister of Justice revoked on July 1, 1959th
