District court Osterhofen

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Osterhofen District Court was a Bavarian court of ordinary jurisdiction that existed from 1879 to 1959 and was based in the city of Osterhofen .

history

On the occasion of the nationwide introduction of the Courts Constitution Act on October 1, 1879, a district court was formed in Osterhofen, the district of which was congruent with the previous district court district Osterhofen and thus from the places Aholming , Aicha an der Donau , Altenmarkt , Anning , Buchhofen , Forsthart , Galgweis , Gergweis , Göttersdorf , Kirchdorf bei Osterhofen , Künzing , Langenamming , Langenisarhofen , Moos , Neusling , Neutiefenweg , Niedermünchsdorf , Niederpöring , Oberndorf , Oberpöring , Osterhofen, Ottmaring , Ramsdorf , Wallerfing and Wisselsing . The higher-level instances were the Deggendorf Regional Court and the Munich Higher Regional Court . A second district court in a district office (or district) was an anomaly at that time and is still today. After the war-related downgrading of the Osterhofen district court to a branch of the Vilshofen district court in the district of Passau and the official confirmation of this measure in 1956, the AG became Osterhofen repealed by ordinance of the Bavarian State Minister of Justice on July 1, 1959. The former district court district was added to the district of Deggendorf (and thus again to the district and now the district court district of Deggendorf) as part of the municipal reform , while the rest of the district of Vilshofen came to the district and district court of Passau.
