List of tributaries of the Breg

The Breg is the right source river of the Danube with a catchment area in the southeastern Black Forest and in the Baar . It rises at an altitude of about 1078 m above sea level. NHN near the Martinskapelle at Kolmenhof in Furtwangen in the Black Forest , is about 46.2 kilometers long and has a catchment area of about 291.5 square kilometers. At Donaueschingen it unites with the Brigach , which it surpasses in all three values.

Furtwänglebach , from the left to about 915 m above sea level. NHN at the Hummelhof in Furtwangen, 3.0 km and 2.3 km². Arises at almost 1030 m above sea level. NHN west of the Furtwangener Furtwangenhöfles close to the source of the Elz . Is a little longer, but also a little less catchment area than the main branch.
Josenhofbach , from the right to around 907 m above sea level. NHN at Josenhof, 1.5 km and 0.8 km². The highest and furthest source is north of the Furtwangener Hof Ladstatt on the shoulder of the Josenlochs at about 1045 m above sea level. NHN .
Schochenbach , from the right to over 880 m above sea level. NHN on the Untere Steinhalde, 1.8 km and 1.3 km². Arises at the Furtwangener Hof (?) Raben at about 1020 m above sea level. NHN .

Bossbergbach (!), From the left to about 840 m above sea level. NHN immediately after the previous one, 1.6 km and about 0.9 km². Arises at about 1005 m above sea level. NHN northwest of the Bosberg (!) Summit.
Sommerbergbach , from the right to about 835 m above sea level. NHN opposite the Furtwangen Zinken Obertal, 1.1 km and approx. 1.9 km². Arises at about 915 m above sea level. NHN north-northwest under the Sommerberg summit. The stream has two different valley ends and a plumage of spring branches, the longest with the lower reaches rises at about 1000 m above sea level. NHN on the upper north slope of the Oberlinacher Höhe and reaches a length of approx. 1.5 km.

Forbach , from the left to below 745 m above sea level. NHN at Vöhrenbacher Fischerhof, 3.2 km and approx. 2.6 km². Arises a little southeast of the summit of the Hohe Wart around the boundary between Vöhringen and Villingen-Schwenningen from a few short upper courses , the highest source of which is Brunstbrunnen at over 940 m above sea level. NHN lies.

(Stream from the Krumpendobel ), from the right to over 737 m above sea level. NHN at Vöhrenbacher Krumpenhof, 4.0 km and 5.9 km². Arises at about 985 m above sea level. NHN above the Raubühldobel .

(Bach from the Wilddobel ), from the right to about 735 m above sea level. NHN at the Vöhrenbacher Fischersäge, 1.6 km and 1.9 km². Arises at about 890 m above sea level. NHN in Oberholz just in the Donaueschingen district near the Laubenhausen desert. Is the long city boundary between Vöhrenbach and Donaueschingen .

Mörderbächle , from the left to about 733 m above sea level. NHN at the Schmelztobel residential area on the city limits of Donaueschingen , 4.4 km and 3.7 km². Arises at about 945 m above sea level. NHN in the Langhäule forest area of Villingen-Schwenningen near the sources of the Forbach. Is like the previous long boundary between Vöhrenbach and Donaueschingen.

Schwarzbubenbach , from the left to about 729 m above sea level. NHN at the Schwarzbuben settlement area in Donaueschingen, approx. 1.3 km and approx. 0.7 km². Arises at about 865 m above sea level. NHN a little east of the Villingen-Schwenningen Hochschirm summit.

(Bach from the Rossdobel ), from the right to about 728 m above sea level. NHN immediately afterwards, 1.0 km and 0.8 km². Arises at about 840 m above sea level. NHN on the Donaueschingen district southeast of the White Stone .

Hinteres Bächle , from the right to below 725 m above sea level. NHN opposite the Vorderen Zindelstein, 1.3 km and 0.9 km. Arises at about 860 m above sea level. NHN south of the White Stone in the Bräunlinger forest enclave.

Vorder Bächle , from the right to about 723 m above sea level. NHN a little afterwards opposite the Vorderen Zindelstein, 0.7 km and 0.2 km². Arises at about 825 m above sea level. NHN at the Dreimärker .

Departure of a mill canal, to the left to below 720 m above sea level. NHN at a weir less than a kilometer west of the outskirts of Wolterdingen , which belongs to Donaueschingen.

Reichenbächle , from the left to about 717 m above sea level. NHN shortly before the flood retention basin and sports facilities of Wolterdingen, 6.6 km and 6.7 km². Arises at about 960 m above sea level. NHN northeast of the Bräunlingen homestead Kohlwald in the forest of the same name. Is the last of the pure forest streams under the tributaries.

Return of the first Wolterdinger Mühlkanal, from the left to about 715 m above sea level. NHN in the area of the Wolterdingen flood retention basin on the upstream and western outskirts, less than 1.0 km.

Departure of the second Wolterdinger Mühlkanal, to the left to below 715 m above sea level. NHN at a weir in the local area at the sports facilities.

Departure of the Wolterdinger flood relief channel, to the right to about 713 m above sea level. NHN at the beginning of the commercial zone along Hallenbergstrasse in the right Aue.

In front of the plant passes through a reservoir of 0.3 ha.

Weiherbach , from the left to about 705 m above sea level. NHN shortly after the sawmill at the end of Wolterdingen, 4.8 km on the lower reaches of the name and 12.9 km with its entire upper reaches and 20.8 km². Arises at about 925 m above sea level. NHN in the Glaserforst of Villingen-Schwenningen as Reislismoosbächle and is subsequently called Hochbrandbächle , Wolfsbach and finally Weiherbach .

Landgraben , from the right to about 704 m above sea level. NHN in the Wolterdinger Bloderwiesen , 6.5 km with the upper course Kesslerbächle and approx. 2.8 km² .. Arises at over 880 m above sea level. NHN on the northeastern outskirts of the Bräunlinger village Mistelbrunn. In the course of the Kesslerbächle , a branch is evidently diverted to the right from the natural fall line of a brook that drains towards the Reichenbächle towards the Landgraben .

Banngraben , from the right to about 703 m above sea level. NHN a little before the village of Bruggen von Bräunlingen , 3.2 km with the upper reaches Uttenbächle and approx. 2.5 km² .. Arises at over 760 m above sea level. NHN on the western edge of the Bruggerwald below Donaueschingen-Hubertshofen. The entire length of the Grenzbach between the Bräunlinger and Donaueschingen districts.

Departure and return of the Bräunlinger commercial canal, to and from the left to below 695 m above sea level. NHN and about 689 m above sea level. NHN near the commercial areas in the north and east of the residential area of Bräunlingen, 1.8 km.

Röthenbach , from the right to below 689 m above sea level. NHN opposite the trade zone of Bräunlingen, 18.1 km with the long upper course Brändbach and 44.6 km². Arises below 1030 m above sea level. NHN near the Mösle von Eisenbach settlement in the Upper Black Forest as Brändbach , which later runs through the 28.9 hectare Kirnbergsee , which was dammed by the Brändbachtalsperre .

Departure and return of the Hüfinger Mühlkanal, to or from the left to about 688 m above sea level. NHN or about 684 m above sea level. NHN still on the edge of the Bräunlinger industrial zone or at the first road bridge in Hüfingen , 2.1 km. The junction of this canal is bypassed by a right flood canal barely more than 0.1 km long. On the outskirts of Hüfingen

, the canal runs through a 0.9-hectare reservoir north of the sports facilities in the Aue, on the south side of which, towards the bank of the Breg,

lies at about 685 m above sea level. NHN is isolated by the Hölensteinweiher , 1.2 ha. Shortly before the return of the canal in Hüfingen, the Steinerbächle turns off to the left .

Kennerbach or Lachengraben , from the right to below 685 m above sea level. NHN at the cemetery in Hüfingen , 7.4 km, and 15.7 km². Arises at about 750 m above sea level. NHN on the south-eastern outskirts of the village of Döggingen Bräunlingen. After this inflow, the Breg flows its last almost 4 km in a northeasterly direction.

Steinerbächle , from the left in Hüfingen to below 684 m above sea level. NHN at the end of the island , 0.6 km. Left branch from the previous Hüfinger Mühlkanal.

Passes the Kofenweiher in Hüfingen at 682.5 m above sea level. NN on the left bank, 5.3 ha.

Canal outlet, to the left to about 678 m above sea level. NHN at the north end of the Donaueschingen district Allmendshofen, 1.0 km. Opens at a little over 675 m above sea level. NHN on the eastern edge of the Donaueschingen settlement area from the right into the lowest Brigach .

Confluence from the right and southeast to below 675 m above sea level. NHN with the left Brigach to the Danube , shortly before the Danube bridge of the B 27 about one kilometer east of the outskirts of Donaueschingen.

↑ The length of the Furtwänglebach is inconsistent on the water network layer (AWGN) , apparently because a wrong branch was set as the upper course. The layer divides the stream into two sections, up to the inlet from the Kalbendobel (the wrong upper course) and below it. The underflow length was therefore taken from the water body name layer , which contains a value suitable for the measurement. This results in a total length of the Furtwänglebach of about 3.0 km.

↑ Today's re-mouth is apparently a little above the point of mouth still recorded on the background layer topographic map and the layer water network (AWGN) .
