Kleve District Court

Kleve is the seat of the Kleve District Court , which is responsible for the cities of Bedburg-Hau , Goch , Kalkar , Kleve, Kranenburg and Uedem in the northern part of the Kleve district. Around 129,000 people live in the 501 km² judicial district . The Kleve District Court is also responsible for agricultural matters from the Emmerich District Court district.

Superior courts

The district court superordinate to the local court of Kleve is the district court of Kleve , which in turn is subordinate to the higher regional court of Düsseldorf .
