Plauen District Court

The Plauen District Court is a court of ordinary jurisdiction and one of a total of 30 district courts in the Free State of Saxony .

Seat and District of the Court

The judicial district of the Plauen District Court includes the area of ​​the city of Plauen and all communities in the Vogtlandkreis district with the exception of the communities assigned to the Auerbach District Court district ( Section 1, Paragraph 4, Annex No. 20 of the Saxon Justice Act). The court has its seat in Plauen, Europaratstrasse 13.

Superior courts

The District Court of Zwickau is directly superordinate to the Plauen District Court. The competent higher regional court is the higher regional court of Dresden .
