District Court of Zwickau
The district court of Zwickau is a court of ordinary jurisdiction and one of a total of 30 district courts in the Free State of Saxony .

The judicial district of the district court of Zwickau includes the cities / communities Fraureuth , Hartenstein (Saxony) , Langenbernsdorf , Langenweißbach , Lichtentanne , Mülsen , Neukirchen / Pleiße , Reinsdorf , Werdau , Wildenfels , Wilkau-Haßlau , Crimmitschau , Dennheritz , Crinitzberg , Hartmannsdorf near Kirchberg , Hirschfeld , Kirchberg and Zwickau ( Section 1 Paragraph 4,Annex No. 25 of the Saxon Justice Act).
The court has its seat in Zwickau, Platz der Deutschen Einheit 1.
Since January 1, 2013, the Zwickau District Court has also been the Central Enforcement Court for the State of Saxony.

The district court of Zwickau is directly superior to the district court of Zwickau . The competent higher regional court is the higher regional court of Dresden .
