District court Auerbach

The district court of Auerbach is a court of ordinary jurisdiction and one of a total of 30 district courts in the Free State of Saxony .

Seat and District of the Court

The judicial district of the district court Auerbach comprises the communities Auerbach / Vogtl. , Ellefeld , Falkenstein / Vogtl. , Grünbach , Hammerbrücke , Heinsdorfergrund , Klingenthal , Lengenfeld , Limbach , Morgenröthe-Rautenkranz , Mylau , Netzschkau , Neuensalz , Neumark , Neustadt / Vogtl. , Rebesgrün , Reichenbach im Vogtland , Rodewisch , Steinberg , Tannenbergsthal , Treuen and Zwota from the Vogtland district ( Section 1, Paragraph 4, Annex No. 2 of the Saxon Justice Act). The court has its seat in Auerbach / Vogtl., Parkstrasse 1.

Superior courts

The district court of Zwickau is directly superior to the district court of Auerbach . The competent higher regional court is the higher regional court of Dresden .
