District court Schorndorf

The district court of Schorndorf is a district court of the ordinary jurisdiction in Baden-Württemberg . It is a court of first instance in civil, family and criminal matters and is responsible for the property law register and for all enforcement cases in which the debtor is domiciled in the judicial district. It belongs to the District Court of the District Court of Stuttgart .
