The Esslingen District Court is a court of ordinary jurisdiction . It is one of eleven local courts in the district of the Stuttgart Regional Court . The seat of the court is Esslingen am Neckar .

Jurisdiction, judicial district

The District Court in Esslingen is the court of first instance in civil, family and criminal matters. The register of associations and property law is also kept at the local court. As an enforcement court, it is responsible for all enforcement cases in which the debtor is domiciled in the judicial district. The court has an inheritance and care department.
