District court Stuttgart-Bad Cannstatt
The Stuttgart-Bad Cannstatt District Court is a court of ordinary jurisdiction . In addition to the Stuttgart District Court, it is one of two district courts in the city of Stuttgart and one of eleven district courts in the district of the Stuttgart Regional Court .

The judicial district of the Stuttgart-Bad Cannstatt District Court includes the city districts of Stuttgart-Bad Cannstatt , -Untertürkheim , -Obertürkheim , -Feuerbach , -Münster , -Mühlhausen , -Stammheim , -Weilimdorf and -Zuffenhausen .
The Stuttgart District Court is responsible for all other city districts. In addition, the real estate enforcement proceedings for the districts of the local courts of Waiblingen and Schorndorf are carried out here.
