The Amtweiher I is a pond created by peat cutting in the Second World War on the Kleinandelfinger Seenplatte near the Husemersee , which lies between Ossingen and Trüllikon in the canton of Zurich in Switzerland .

The lake is located in a shallow basin northwest of the Husemersee and is supplied with water from the Amtweiher I via a 40 m long canal. The pond drains into the Thur via the waters called Seegraben or Bruggbach . The Office Weiher II is rich in dragonflies and is used by beavers inhabited. The area around the pond is polluted with neophytes , mainly goldenrods , which are regularly removed by those doing community service . The lake threatens to silt up without care, which is why the seaweed has to be removed. The use of the lake's fish stock is leased.
