Ana Đorđević

Ana Đorđević ( Serbian - Cyrillic Ана Ђорђевић ; born December 30, 1986 in Belgrade ) is a Serbian ballerina and choreographer .

Life

Ana Đorđević was educated at the ballet school Lujo Davico Belgrade, the Académie de danse Princesse Grace Monte Carlo and the Heinz Bosl Foundation Munich.

She then worked at the Bavarian State Ballet and Ballet Dortmund on choreographies by George Balanchine , Patrice Bart , August Bournonville , John Cranko , Serge Lifar , Hans van Manen , Robert North and Xin Peng Wang .

In 2006 she went to the Deutsche Oper am Rhein , from 2009 called Ballett am Rhein. There she worked with Youri Vamos and Martin Schläpfer.

In 2011 she moved to the Augsburg Theater . There she danced in William Forsythe's Herman Schmerman , in Christian Spuck 's ' The Seventh Blue '; Annabele Ochoa Lopez's Dangerous Liaisons .... She also starred in Young Soon Hue's Romeo and Juliet, Stephen Mills's 'Hamlet' .... Worked with choreographers Itzik Galili, Michael Pink, Stephen Shropshire, Georg Reichel, Angel Rodrigues, Kevin O'Day, Demis Volpi….

She also choreographed Distillations II and III, the suitcase ballet (a project for school classes), a Quick & Dirty evening and the Augsburg Opera Ball.
