Ana Maria De Sá Fernandes (born March 14, 1987 in Vila Chã , Esposende ) is a Portuguese soccer player .

Career

In the club

De Sa Fernandes started her career in Esposende with União Desportiva Vila Chã - Esposende. She went through all of the youth teams for UD Vila Chã before moving to Hœnheim in Alsace with her parents in 2005 . In Alsace , De Sá Fernandes continued her career in neighboring Bischheim , at Mars Bischheim , and in summer 2008 moved up to the reserve team playing Challenge de France. After the 2008/2009 season, De Sa Fernandes moved from the second team from Bischheim to the first team and made her debut in the second highest French women's league, the Championnat de France de , on October 4, 2009 against the Racing Club Flacéen Mâcon D2 for Mars Bischheim. This was followed by five more missions by the end of the 2009/2010 season and at the end of the season rose with the club in the third division. Nevertheless, on April 1, 2010, she was appointed to the Ligue d'Alsace de Football Association (LAFA) All Star Team alongside her club colleagues Noémie Hoehe and Pauline Jeack . After two years for the senior team from Mars Bischheim, De Sá Fernandes moved to the German second division club SC Sand on August 3, 2011 . After she was not used for sand in the second division team due to injury, she moved up to the reserve team at the beginning of the second half of 2011/2012.

De Sa Fernandes has been part of the extended squad for the Portuguese national football team since 2010 .
