Anargyros Prindezis

Anargyros Prindezis ( Greek Ανάργυρος Πρίντεζης , born August 16, 1937 in Vari on Syros ; † March 18, 2012 ) was a Greek bishop. He was the exarch of the Catholic Apostolic Exarchate of Greece .

Life

Anargyros Prindezis was born in 1937. On December 10, 1961, at the age of twenty-four, he was ordained a priest in the Apostolic Exarchate of Greece .

On June 28, 1975, Prindezis was elected by Pope Paul VI at the age of 37 . appointed Exarch of the Apostolic Exarchate of Greece and Titular Archbishop of Gratianopolis . The episcopal ordination donated him on August 6, 1975 Archbishop Saba Youakim ; Co-consecrators were the Curia Bishops Vasile Cristea AA and Miroslav Stefan Marusyn .

Pope Benedict XVI accepted the age-related resignation of the seventy-year-old on April 23, 2008.
