Anastasios Avlonitis ( Greek Αναστάσιος Αυλωνίτης , born January 1, 1990 in Chalkida ) is a Greek football player on the position of central defender.
Career
Avlonitis began his career with the second division club Egaleo AO Athens . After his relegation to the third division, he was awarded in 2008 to the second division AO Ilisiakos and returned in 2009, after Egaleos rise again. In 2010 he moved to the first division club AO Kavala . After his forced relegation to the fourth division, he moved to the first division club Panionios Athens . In 2014 he went to the Athens suburb Olympiacos Piraeus . After he could not book a league appearance in his second season in Piraeus, he was awarded to SK Sturm Graz in Austria in February 2016 . In January 2017 he moved to Heart of Midlothian in Scotland for half a year . At the beginning of the 2017/18 season Avlonitis moved to Panathinaikos Athens. There he terminated his contract in April 2018 in order to play for Sturm Graz again from the 2018/19 season. After another 47 Bundesliga appearances for Graz, he left the club after the 2019/20 season.
