Anastasios Triantafyllou
Anastasios Triantafyllou (born May 30, 1987 in Heraklion ) is a Greek weightlifter .
Career
Triantafyllou was Vice-European Junior Champion in 2007 and fifth at the Junior World Championships. In 2008 he took part in the Olympic Games in Beijing. In the weight class up to 94 kg he reached 15th place.
At the European Championships in Bucharest in 2009 , he was initially seventh in the push. However, a methylhexanamine positive doping test was found here - he was therefore disqualified. The world association IMF banned him for two years.
