Different refn
Anders Refn (born April 8, 1944 in Denmark ) is a Danish film editor , director and screenwriter .
Life
Refn began his career in the film business as an assistant director in the late 1960s. At the same time, he also worked as a film editor. In 1976 he made his first feature film as a director with Strømer and later in his career he directed several episodes of the TV series Taxi (1997/1998).
In 2004 Refn received the Bodil as an honorary award for his work . So far he has been awarded the Robert for best editor three times : in 1987, 1997 and 2010.
Refn has been working with Lars von Trier for several years as an editor and assistant director .
His son Nicolas Winding Refn , born in 1970, works as a director and screenwriter.
