Anders Roslund (born January 1, 1961 in Jönköping ) is a Swedish journalist and crime writer . He is best known for his crime novels with Börge Hellström and his novels with Stefan Thunberg , which were published in Germany under the pseudonym Anton Svensson .

Life

Anders Roslund began his career as a journalist for Swedish television. He worked there as an editor, producer and director for documentary films. As a journalist, he was primarily active in investigative work. He has received several awards in his home country. Among other things, he received the Swedish trade unions' journalism award for investigative journalism. From 2000 to 2004 he directed the cultural program Kulturnyheterna on the Swedish channel SVT1 . From 2004 he retired from the television business and concentrated on writing crime novels.

Starting with Die Bestie (2004), he has published seven thrillers with Börge Hellström to this day. In 2011 he was awarded the Swedish Crime Prize for Three Seconds and the CWA International Dagger . The duo also received a Dagger nomination for Två soldater in 2013 . In 2005 the two also received the Scandinavian detective award for The Bestie.

In 2014 a collaboration began with the Swedish screenwriter Stefan Thunberg, whose two novels Made in Sweden and the sequel The Other Outside Sweden were published under the pseudonym Anton Svenson. In Sweden the novels are sold as Rosland & Thunberg.
