André Desvages

André Jules Léon Desvages (born March 12, 1944 in Graye-sur-Mer ; † June 2 or June 3, 2018 ) was a French cyclist.

Athletic career

Desvages achieved his first significant success in 1963 when he won the team time trial at the Mediterranean Games in Dakar with the French team , he finished in the individual race in place. He started his professional career in 1967 in the Peugeot-BP-Michelin team (France), with which he stayed for two years. He then moved to Frimatic-De Gribaldy (France). A year later (1970) he ended his cycling career in which he could achieve a total of four victories.
