Andrés Arteaga Manieu (born January 17, 1959 in Santiago de Chile , Chile ) is a Roman Catholic clergyman and auxiliary bishop in Santiago de Chile .

Life

The Archbishop of Santiago de Chile , Juan Francisco Cardinal Fresno Larraín , ordained him a priest on May 31, 1986 .

On 10 July 2001 appointed him Pope John Paul II. To the titular of Baliana and ordered him auxiliary bishop in Santiago de Chile.
