Andrés de Vandelvira (* 1509 in Alcaraz ; † 1575 in Jaén ) was a Spanish Renaissance architect. He was a son of the architect Pedro de Vandelvira .

Andrés de Vandelvira started the construction of the Cathedral of Jaen, which was later continued by Juan de Aranda Salazar and Eufrasio López des Rojas. The cathedral of Jaen is one of the most important Spanish pilgrimage sites because of the "holy cloth". The construction of the Renaissance church Sacra Capilla del Salvador on the Plaza de Vázquez de Molina on the old town hill of Úbeda, designed by Diego de Siloé at the beginning of the 16th century , was carried out by Andrés de Vandelvira.
