Andrea Bottlinger

Andrea Bottlinger (* 1985 in Karlsruhe ) is a German author who writes non-fiction books and novels, primarily in the genres of fantasy and science fiction .

Life

Andrea Bottlinger studied book studies , comparative literature and Egyptology at the Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz . She works as a freelance editor, translator and author.

Her debut novel in the fantasy genre was published by Droemer Knaur in 2013. Under the pseudonym Susanne Wilhelm, Bottlinger writes novels from the Dorian Hunter and Das Haus Zamis series for Zaubermond Verlag . Together with Christian Montillon and Dennis Ehrhardt , Bottlinger wrote under the common pseudonym Dan Shocker in the Macabros series from 2008 to 2014 . She has been active as a script writer for the radio play series Dorian Hunter since episode 26. Since volume 69 she has also been the author of novels in the Hunter novel series, which is also published by Zaubermond Verlag. She has previously worked as a translator for a number of Star Trek novels. With the burning World also her first novel for which appeared in 2014 Perry Rhodan series. For her non-fiction geek Pray Love Bottlinger was as co-writer alongside Christian Humberg 2015 with the occasion of the Frankfurt Book Fair awarded German Fantasy Prize honored in the category "Best Secondary".
