Gunther Keusen
Gunther Keusen (born January 14, 1939 in Düsseldorf ) is a German graphic artist , painter , photographer , former university professor and director.
Life
Keusen attended the Werkkunstschule Saarbrücken from 1959 to 1961 , began studying at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich in 1961 and continued at the State Art Academy in Düsseldorf from 1961 to 1964 .
From 1966 to 1971 he lectured at the Werkkunstschule Bielefeld and the following year he was first appointed to the chair for graphics and painting at the Art Academy in Münster , which he held until 2004. From 1979 to 1985 he was director.
Keusen lives in Chiddes ( Burgundy ), Cologne and Münster .
