Andrea Sedláčková
Andrea Sedláčková (born July 22, 1967 in Prague ) is a Czech actress , film editor , screenwriter and film director .
Life
Sedláčková began her career in the 1980s as an actress in films such as Jen si tak trochu pisknout (1981) or Just so a little whistle (1982), directed by Karel Smyczek . From the beginning of the 1990s she worked as an editor for directors such as Jean-Paul Civeyrac ( Stiefkinder Gottes , 1996), Jacques Maillot , Michel Deville ( Diary of a country doctor , 1999, and Un monde presque paisible , 2002), Christian Carion ( A swallow makes the summer of 2001 and L'affaire Farewell , 2009), Philippe Lioret ( Don't worry, I'm fine , 2006 and Welcome , 2009) and Yann Samuell ( Don't forget me , 2010). From 2000 she started working as a screenwriter and director for Czech television productions. In 2012 she published the jazz film Rhythm On My Heels , based on Josef Škvorecký's novel , for which Emil Viklický wrote the soundtrack.
